gbajaa Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gbajaa", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gbajaa platform and the company operating it as an international online gaming service available to eligible players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" means the gbajaa website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at gbajaa.app and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a player upon successful completion of the gbajaa registration process.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the gbajaa Platform.
• "Bangladesh Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" refers to the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all monetary references on this Platform are denominated unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's Account by gbajaa as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited into a Player's Account via an accepted payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion features, and reality check notifications available to all registered Players.

By registering an Account, accessing the gbajaa Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all aspects of the gbajaa Platform including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and crash game sections.

gbajaa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, gbajaa will notify registered Players via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If you are accessing the gbajaa Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In the absence of such authority, you are personally liable for all obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible to use the gbajaa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are registering and using the Account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order applied through gbajaa or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by gbajaa for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of gbajaa, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of placing bets.
• You have not been diagnosed with or identified as having a gambling problem that would make your continued use of the Platform contrary to your personal wellbeing.

gbajaa reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable policies.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the gbajaa Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, you must contact gbajaa Support immediately at [email protected].

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. gbajaa may request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, address, or payment method of any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gbajaa will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account access details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify gbajaa immediately via [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting gbajaa Support. gbajaa reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected money laundering, or self-exclusion requests.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gbajaa accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed within your Account dashboard.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. gbajaa does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gbajaa accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. gbajaa reserves the right to carry out additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Funds Must Be Used for Gaming Only

The gbajaa Platform must not be used as a payment processing service or money transfer mechanism. Deposits must be made with the genuine intention to place bets or play casino games. gbajaa reserves the right to investigate and reverse any transactions that appear to constitute misuse of the deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the gbajaa Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment provider settles in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate and any associated conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by gbajaa are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the relevant promotion page. gbajaa reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if a Player is found to have abused a promotion or to have employed a betting strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and one-time sign-up promotions are limited to one per Player, per household address, per device, and per shared IP address. Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently suspended and all balances being forfeited.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

gbajaa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice any Player who has already validly claimed and commenced use of a bonus under its original terms.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

gbajaa reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, or bets that gbajaa has reasonable grounds to suspect were placed using inside information or in a manner intended to manipulate the outcome of the market.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted or settled on the basis of an obviously incorrect price, line, or result arising from a manifest error or technical fault, gbajaa reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. gbajaa will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly and will communicate corrections to affected Players.

7.3 Cricket, Football, and Sports Markets

Specific rules for each sport — including settlement procedures for abandonment, postponement, weather interruptions, and result-related disputes — are detailed in the Sport-Specific Rules available within the gbajaa Platform. These sport-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and Players are advised to review them before placing bets. Key sporting competitions covered include the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, international Test cricket, and major football leagues.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles hosted on the gbajaa Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. gbajaa does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the RNG performance of its third-party game providers beyond ensuring that only certified providers are hosted on the Platform.

gbajaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players and may be activated at any time via Account settings or by contacting gbajaa Support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals during active gaming sessions to help you monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-up summaries of session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the gbajaa Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to access any games, place bets, or receive promotional communications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbajaa Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gbajaa staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or restrictions applied to your Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

gbajaa does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond gbajaa's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. gbajaa will endeavour to minimise disruption and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

In no event shall gbajaa's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their gbajaa Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the gbajaa Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of gbajaa or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gbajaa content without prior written permission from gbajaa.

The gbajaa name, brand mark, and logo are proprietary identifiers of gbajaa. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in advertising, domain names, or social media profiles — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the gbajaa Platform that cannot be resolved informally through gbajaa Support will be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

To initiate a dispute, Players must first contact gbajaa Support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. gbajaa will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within five business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days of first contact, you may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution channel.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
